Option to host spark profiler over server ip #528

Description

So I've combed through the suggestion issues and looked around and it doesn't seem like this is a thing or a previous suggestion but I'm sorry if it is. So this is not a huge issue, but as a person who hosts my servers on my own server machine, it is very convenient when things like bluemap hosts over the server ip over a different port (8100 for bluemaps case). I understand that a lot of people host servers through other means and therefore have less control over the forwarding, which is why it is absolutely great that you host the profiler yourself. It is only slightly annoying that when I restart my server I have to now obviously start a new profiler (usually continuous) which gives me a website link, a new one, because of course I understand that your servers couldn't remember my server like that. But if I want to manage and have a quick look while I'm out and about, to see how the server is doing, I have to remember or copy down a new website link every time I restart the server.

Proposed Behaviour

So after a lengthy explanation of why I want this, I'm sure you understand where I'm going with this but, I would like the option, maybe in a config file somewhere to enable or switch between hosting the profiler over your server's or over the host ip with a selected port. It would make it very convenient for me and save me the work of coding and setting up my own version of a profiler.

Extra Details

Of course if there already exists a way for me to host it over my ip, I'm sorry for wasting your time.
