Re-send "Review response" mail for participants if they try to log in

Currently, it is not possible to log in and change your votes if you're just a participant. Most people will become a participant only, because they'll get invite links. While I get the distinction between user and participant, this is found very confusing by the users.

1. I have found that it is not clear (enough) that participants can only use the link in their "Review response" email to later change their votes.
2. I am not sure about whether this magic link ever in the email ever expires
3. If a participant loses their "Review response" email, there is no way to change their votes anymore, which - as I've found - leads to more confusion. This situation can often occur if a poll is reopened with new dates or when the poll is used for a prolonged period of time.

A solution would be to send the "Review response" mail again when participants try to log in using an email address that is used for a participant of the poll.
