While trying out https://github.com/to-kr/luacov-multiple I've started using reportfiles in subdirectories, but luacov requires the parent directory to exist already:

I think it would be convenient to automatically create the parent directories.

My use case is writing the reports into build/coverage/…, but only build exists currently.
