Mount plugin popup on second screen at first click is huge on Wayland

After login or a panel module restart a mount plugin popup on a panel on the external screen is huge. On the laptop screen all fine.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. 2 monitors 2 panels with a mount plugin each
2. Restart panel and click on the external screen the mount plugin.

I don't know the cause yet, but whatever we do, we should make sure that X11 isn't touched.

My guess is that it's somehow related to the child-parent relationship between the popup and the button. It doesn't exist in the code, and I know that a parentless popup can cause various troubles under Wayland.

On the other hand, in our previous tests, we saw that when we made the button the parent of the popup, another problem happened in your external monitor: although the height wasn't big, the width was too small when the popup was shown for the first time. Also, the height seemed too small too.

How a parent-child relationship can affect the dimensions of a popup on its first appearance in this way under Wayland, I have no idea yet.

Believe me, I tried as much as I could, in both labwc and kwin_wayland.

It's only you who could test a probable fix.
