What is the best setup for the hardware I got?

Hi,

Been out of Chia for a while and getting back into it (alot has changes) after I blew a server motherboard and decided to buy another motherboard that should be great for Chia, was hopign to get the best out of my setup and whether I can plot and farm C33 plots. Hoping for your feedback

Hardware

1 x 3090
1 x 3070ti
7 x 3070

The motherboard comes with 2 x Intel Xeon Gold 6138 1.8Ghz 40c/80t
also got

2 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6132 CPU @ 2.60GHz 28 Core

96GB DDR4 Ram
it has 7 PCIE 3 slots (4 x16)
1 x M.2 x4Sata
2 x U.2 slots

All up got about 500 TB of storage

Also got a
5950x
3070ti in it
128GB DDR4 RAM

So using pronox and ubuntu, Can I

1. With the dual xeon server run virtual machines, one for plotting and one for farming? Do I have enough ram to run multiple virtual machines?
2. 3090 to plot the C33 plots?
3. wIll the 5950x with the 3070ti be able to farm the C33 plots?

Also not too familiar with ubuntu, I know windows is slower to plot but I guess how many virtual machines can i run?
