Motivation
Tip
This issue is part of the upgrade to v0.14.0.
The existing Mempool implementation will have to be updated to support replacing existing transactions to support the fee market. This most importantly implies being able to replace an existing transaction by a new transaction with the same nonce but a higher fee.
Request
Implement fee market support into the Madara mempool.
- (🐂 medium) Replace transactions based on tip.
- (🐂 medium ) Order transactions by tip.
- (🐇 small) Mempool tip configuration.
