GPS errors/jumps

Hi 
I've built an Android app for storing user GPS data. While testing with a device, I encountered concerning accuracy issues. In some instances, the location data recorded was a staggering 100 or more kilometers off from the actual position and show me in another city. How can I fix this issue using KalmanFilterService?
