overwrite “busybox” image value

I need to overwrite “busybox” image here:

is it possible to pass a different image default value using values.yaml?

context: (our infrastructure runs in an isolated env, meaning that any external image need to be pushed to our local registry)

@athlatif this image is only used for testing in this repo. you don't need to use it in your infra
