Patch [ACSD-61845]: Incompatible with AC 2.4.7-p6

After adobe commerce upgrade from 2.4.7-p5 to 2.4.7-p6 we are not longer able to install the quality patch ACSD-61845.
However, the issue described in this patch is still present in version 2.4.7-p6.
