Call Online not showing

Hello, I have installed latest version on debian11, around a week back. everything was fine.
but suddenly Call online Stopped.
also i dont see sip user upon ringing. when call gets connected it show sip user for that particular call.

I have tried updating it again. its now running on latest version of magnusbilling but still No online Calls.

i have tried pkill -f callchart but didnt work.. please help fixing this issue.

The same problem, only restoring a backup copy, everything works but online calls do not work

Hi, I have done a fresh Mbilling version 7.8.4.6 instaltion on debian11 server , but calls now function is not working to monitor a ringing and up calls.

My last centos7 Mbilling vension 7.8.4.7 server is crashed but when it's not crash calls monitor and all functions are working very smooth on centos7. I am working to restore centos server but I hope the fresh instaltion work batter and fresh instaltion is not working with centos7 more getting error the time of instaltion...

If someone knows the debian fix so please help me and others.
