Proper instructions

Your plugin needs proper instructions for connecting it to a git to syncronize with. Otherwise you plugin does nothing.

Perhaps, but I have not worked on this plugin for a long while. I intend to do a refactor soon to update it. However, this is not on my list of current priorities.

Yeah. I've tried several other plugins and Github has not made it easy. I wish you luck.

In all fairness, it shouldn't be too difficult. Just run the plugin on a vault that is already set up with Git. So, like git init and git remote add origin <url>, and you should be off to the races.

That's just it, I don't have one set up. That's the hard part. Once it's set up the rest is simple.
