Master is missing vulnerabilities.csv

Hello, as the title implies there is no longer the vulnerabilities.csv file in the master,

I was able to track the file deletions to here: 78000983475ed0ba5423d11d99ae982f0df2e8b4

Not sure if this was intentional or not, just making sure. If it was intentional, is there somewhere else we should get this file from?

The cve file is no longer provided at http://cve.mitre.org/data/downloads/allitems.csv
I've forked this repo and was able to regenerate the vulnerabilities.csv file with some improvements. See https://github.com/dtsjors/MySQLTuner-perl/blob/master/vulnerabilities.csv
