Help adding a device

i have a door lock , Tuya unsupported, Now Im confused as i Used tuya-local and it added it and work, then stopped.

i have tried to re add it and im having no luck at all,

Unable to connect to your device with those details. It could be an intermittent issue, or they may be incorrect.

All details automatic adds ip key etccc, which i have double checked and is right

is there a way around this ??
