Description
In order to make it easier to find unresolved requests, add the ability to filter requests between resolved and unresolved
Acceptance Criteria
- Add a select field in the UI with three options: Resolved, Unresolved and All
- Selecting Resolved should only display resolved tickets
- Selecting Unresolved should only display unresolved tickets
- Selecting All should display all tickets
