In order to make it easier to find unresolved requests, add the ability to filter requests between resolved and unresolved

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add a select field in the UI with three options: Resolved, Unresolved and All
  • Selecting Resolved should only display resolved tickets
  • Selecting Unresolved should only display unresolved tickets
  • Selecting All should display all tickets
