Remove the downloaded files

The script downloads 2 extra modules (cacheaudit and hacked), the modules files should be removed at the end of the audit in order to leave the repository clean.

Well, we should remove the line in system table as well, you're right... I'll work on it if I find some time, but in the meantime, feel free to propose a Pull Request ;-)
