Terminal colors not working on windows

In "Command Prompt" and "Windows PowerShell", the colors don't display correctly. It seems to work in "Windows Terminal".

We should have a look at https://github.com/fusesource/jansi to see if we can use it

It might be enough to call:

import org.fusesource.jansi.AnsiConsole;
...
AnsiConsole.systemInstall();

Confirmed that jansi works. Using:

  <dependencies>
    <dependency>
      <groupId>org.fusesource.jansi</groupId>
      <artifactId>jansi</artifactId>
      <version>1.18</version>
    </dependency>
  </dependencies>

and

import org.fusesource.jansi.AnsiConsole;
...
    AnsiConsole.systemInstall();
    ...
    AnsiConsole.systemUninstall();
