How to clone an environment? Like the command in conda: conda create --name new_env --clone old_env
I tried directly copying the old_env folder, but some paths in the bin directory still point to src_env

That cannot work, because beside symlinks in the binary directory, rpath of binary files (exe or shared objects) need to be relocated too.
