I believe this is the same issue with both Mamba and conda, and should be resolved in a similar way. When I encountered this problem using conda, I referred to the following solution in Conda in Windows under MSYS2 and Zsh line ending problems: eval "$('/c/path/to/miniconda3/Scripts/conda.exe' 'shell.zsh' 'hook' | sed -e 's/"$CONDA_EXE" $_CE_M $_CE_CONDA "$@"/"$CONDA_EXE" $_CE_M $_CE_CONDA "$@" | tr -d \x27\\r\x27/g' | sed -e 's/"$CONDA_EXE" "$@"/"$CONDA_EXE" "$@" | tr -d \x27\\r\x27/g')" This solved the problem.
