Integration with Opensearch dashboards

We need to investigate the possibility of integrating Manticore with Opensearch, similar to what we've done with Kibana.

Pls write down your observations on why Opensearch dashboard is not working now.

One of the first requests Opensearch Dashboards sends when trying to connect to Manticore is:

GET /_nodes?filter_path=nodes.*.version%2Cnodes.*.http.publish_address%2Cnodes.*.ip

Manticore returns the following response to it via Buddy:

{"nodes":{"fWM984kTSbGjOAoF1qWQew":{"http":{"publish_address":"127.0.0.1:9308"},"ip":"127.0.0.1","version":"7.6.0"}}}

Currently, it contains the wrong version field (equal to the Kibana version supported by Manticore) which leads to Opensearch Dashboards not being able to run properly.

There's no kibana_version_string. Pls go ahead with this task.
