Feature request: Add navigateToNextWaypoint for new RerouteStrategyForMatchRoute feature

In v3.9.0, there is a new option to specify re-routing for map matched routes RerouteStrategyForMatchRoute. However, the only option is to have it re-route to the final destination, which is a bit useless for routes with multiple waypoints that the user wants to navigate to?

Please look into adding an option to this, for re-routing to the next waypoint the user hasn't reached yet.
