[Share] a simple type declaration file for Tiled Map JSON (.tmj).

I know there is an repo @kayahr/tiled for Tiled map editor's JSON schema.

But It's too complex for me.​​ So I wroten a simple one.

I've converted this to a discussion because I wasn't sure what to do with it. I actually wasn't aware of the repository by @kayahr! Probably it would be nice to link to this from the https://doc.mapeditor.org/en/stable/reference/json-map-format/ page.

I'm sure it can help somebody, but if we link to multiple such definitions, how can we enable people to choose the right one for their project? In what way was @kayahr/tiled too complex for you?
