[BUG] Map partially not responsive in splitscreen

Bug Description

The map partially becomes unresponsive to panning, rotating and zooming when in split screen. I wonder if it is tied to issue #263.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open your flutter app with the map
2. Open any other app in splitscreen

Expected Results

It's expected to have the map working as per usual.

Actual Results

It becomes impossible to pan, rotate or zoom the map. Double tapping zoom works, and sometimes the panning works too, but I couldn't figure out why or when it does work.
