"hey ya" comment

I noticed this weird comment in many places in the codebase. what is that about? 😄

I would guess it's a reference to the song Hey Ya! by Outkast based on the variable name being assigned there.

In some earlier versions of miqt, there were many similar codepaths with minor changes, and it was difficult to track down in the gen_ files which part of genbindings created it. In order to tie generated code back to specific genbindings functions, I disambiguated between // hey ya and // so fresh and so clean.

Luckily genbindings became simpler and the codepaths got consolidated. Or else, we'd quickly use up Outkast's entire discography. 😆
