Extension Rewrite

I opened an issue on the main extensions repo about doing a rewrite using the Local REST API plugin instead.

This PR structures the codebase into the extensions various domains:

• api
  • vault
    • notes
      • bookmarks
    • plugins
  • templating
  • cache
• components
• utils
• tools (in the future)
• command 1
• command 2
• ....

I will try to separate functionality related to the advanced URI plugin into its own module such that we can easily switch between different ways of communicating with Obsidian.
