Can we use Quantulum for Non English Language?

I am using Quantulum for my use case and its working really good. We want to expand now to non-English languages. How can we do it using quantulum.

Quantulum, as far as I could see, has been hardcoded to work with english. I have continued a fork of this project called quantulum3, that in principle supports implementing different languages - but has also not yet received a proper implementation of any non-english language.
