Image goes out of section

The issues manifests on big screens, I have an 21" 1290x1080 screen.

During the scrolling, parallax continues to scroll the image even it goes out of section already.

Tried on 15" screen, all looks properly.

same issue happend for me - any solution - the image is in bottom of page and when i get there by scrolling - it goes out of block
