support for estimates of temperatures not found in the simulation #14
Description
At the moment only estimates for temperatures at which the simulation was sampled are possible. Due to the easy reweighting of temperatures it is also possible to make estimates in the cases, where the temperature wasn't sampled. This feature can be built into xTRAM and later TRAM.
