marlowe-cli run initialize [missing files like scripts/marlowe-semantics.plutus]

I wonder why I am having this blocking error when using the marlowe-cli run initialize stuff... executable file downloaded from wget https://github.com/input-output-hk/marlowe-cardano/releases/download/runtime%40v0.0.6/marlowe-cli
the error I am getting is this

is it not a standalone command tool, why does it lack plutus script files and how do you solve this, thank you ?

I just tested it, once I copied these three files from
https://github.com/input-output-hk/marlowe-cardano/tree/main/marlowe/scripts
into the error path above and create that path then marlowe-cli fully functions
