Allow one sid configuration #3
Description
I expect that in general Server IDs will not have to be renumbered very frequently, if at all. It would be better if the server command had an argument called parameter called 'sid' that applied to all configs, rather than make the user enter an identical value for sid0, sid1, and sid2.
sid0, sid1, and sid2 would still exist for use cases where they were necessary.
