Hi! Have not considered this. Maybe, but for sure I want to keep this fully OSS always. I respect that people want to commercialize projects as it does take a lot of time to maintain sometimes, however I really have benefited a lot from OSS personally and I think it's a really great part of the culture we have as devs and software people. So I'd like to continue to contribute to that culture. On this topic.. I know it's dangerous to say "forever", but my thinking on this has never really changed over the years so I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this project will be fully OSS forever. Just wanted to have that stated somewhere 😅 Sustainability/governance is still a thing though, so I think it's worthwhile to discuss how to best organize the project so that it is developed and maintained in the future. There's been a couple of people contributing consistently in the past and maybe that's enough, but I'm for sure open to ideas for further solidifying the project as OSS and give people confidence of that in the future. Maybe we should rename this discussion title to "Project management and governance" or something? Things that we could consider:
... Or we could just continue as is. Maybe the maintenance burden is completely fine for us contributors, and maybe that won't change over the years. Again, appreciate any and all ideas, I'd like to keep this as community/user-driven as possible |

Hey, now that MediatR is going commercial it would be awesome to be able to donate to this project, since I'd much rather donate to a true OSS project than some cowboy going commercial. Specially since I really like this source generated approach and project in general ⭐ Is adding donations something you've thought about?
