Resource without Title not visible in Topic

1. Try to add link above to any empty topic
2. Auto-title will try to grab title from link, but will not succeed in 1-5s
3. Save resource while title still loading
   Expected: Resource visible and you can view/edit it
   Actual: Resource was added but you cannot interact with it (because it does not have title?)
