hello after applying the hisi65x_b on my P smart 2018 I got worse problem

[MLS-22]

after clicking start using the kirin 65x the device entered the fastboot once and later I was not able to boot atall on fastboot mode
I think Iam no longer have bootloader on my device
so I tried to to it again and now I am getting:

  The write timed out.

also I tried "HiSi or IDT v2.0.0.9" to see whats wrong and I am getting error 4: usb1:SendFrameRcvAck: Recv data is empty.
