Any way to specify a custom CSS file for markdown rendering?

Using devtools, it looks like the markdown to HTML conversion happens within this div:

Inspecting the H1 / H2 elements show that CSS styling is coming from file:///C:/Users/username/AppData/Local/Programs/massCode/resources/app.asar/renderer/assets/index.d3b40900.css.

Unfortunately app.asar is a packed file. Is there any way to specify a custom stylesheet other than the one inside app.asar to be applied to the markdown preview? I'd like to change fonts and styles for the rendered markdown.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
