Add suggested fix to silence typing issues #58
Description
It can be a little frustrating to remember the comment that needs to be used to silence mypy issues sometimes. Perhaps this extension could add an option to the suggested fixes menu (Ctrl + .) to add a comment (# type: ignore) that silences the error.
