Derived fermisurface by pipelines appears to be offset slightly

Noticeable in the mc3d testing page where the low resolution structures seem to not be perfectly centered around the origin.

Likely this size of this error is a function of the resolution and is less pronounced on larger grids.
Probably need to just offset the final datastructure by 1/2 1/2 1/2 the offset size.
