Update to pythonocc-core

Describe the bug
Tha package now is working only using Python 3.9 since it uses pythonocc-core 7.4.0. This latter needs to be updated for enabling new features and full compatibility.

To Reproduce
Just install the PyGeM with Python>=3.10
