general improvements for the library

I think we could/should improve the cmake of pidomus and the organization of the files.

• It would be nice, for example, to choose if compile or not the app inside the main folder.
• It would be nice to have an install target with options
• it would be nice having tutorials like dealii
• we should move the include folder inside a pi-DoMUS one and put classes inside a pidomus namespace
• ...
