Is the result of community detection based on facts or algorithm?
- If it's based on the algorithm, what algorithm did you choose?
- If it's based on the facts, can you add community attributes to the nodes file?

Thanks! I used modularity optimization to find the communities. This is sometimes called "the Louvain method." It is implemented in most network packages.
