[Bug] Report help text does not update when switching between related reports

What happened?

Report description does not update when switching between related reports

What should happen?

The report help description should always include the accurate definition of the currently viewed report. Otherwise it can mislead users who don't realise this is broken. It'll make people think they're viewing different reports than they actually are.

How can this be reproduced?

• Go to https://demo.matomo.cloud/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=1&period=day&date=yesterday#?idSite=1&period=day&date=yesterday&category=CrashAnalytics_Crashes&subcategory=CrashAnalytics_AllCrashes
• Click on Info icon next to report

• Click on related report "All Crash Messages"
• Click on Info icon next to report again

* Report documentation stays the same

In this case it's particularly frustrating because they show very similar data but one of the reports has a filter applied for example and it is impossible to figure out the difference.
