Update app with new data?

Data was a snapshot from February 2019 or thereabouts. Three options:

1. Do nothing. It's just a demo, no-one visits it and it's not worth the upkeep.
1. Create a new snapshot. But I'll have to keep doing this forever, no?
1. Have the app react on the fly as someone enters a request. Re-running the CRAN fetch and tidy is too time consuming for sure. Probably not worth it.
