Unable to change order of options in --help output.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Caporal.js sorts my options alphabetically. I find this more limiting than useful — if I wanted the options sorted it would be easy to do so, but sometimes I want to put the most common/useful options at the top, and to hide some of the others. Or some options might only be valid in combination with certain others, in which case I might want to group them together.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd prefer that Caporal.js displayed options in the order given, the way it displays commands.
A config option to disable sorting of options would also work for me.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Renaming options so that they appear alphabetically in a prioritized way. This is sort of workable to a point, but not ideal.

Would you be able to work on it and provide a pull request ?
