Support loading a permalink via command

Matterhorn works well it permalinks as long as they are shared in Matterhorn itself.

Now, suppose I have one such permalink in a file, clipboard or whatever. I don't think there is a command to jump to the corresponding message given the URL? I was thinking of

/jump-from-url <permalink>
