defaultStartHour and defaultEndHour

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I'm using the picker for submitting a work leave, so for example, I want the default hour for the start date to be at 9 (start of the workday) and the default hour for the end date to be 17 (end of the workday).

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

There is an input for the default hour but if the mode is range, it's better to provide a default hour for the start date and a default hour for the end date.

I did try to use this solution but It did not work. The default hour is always 9
