Official PyInstaller Github Action

Hi coders!

Anyone experienced with this? We would like to support major linux distros, Windows and MacOSX (both ARM and x86).
* Github actions should be well written.
* Preferably segment for different OS versions (bash scripts are preferred for building)
* Default Wordlist should be integrated in the pyinstaller
