Write the documentation to support the Campaign import/export features

We are coming to the end of the development of the campaign import and export features. We will need to publish docs to support.
I have put together a brief that contains the majority of the information required, I need some help with producing the final docs in the correct format in the correct places in Mautic's structure. We are aiming to complete testing in 2-3 weeks with the final release of code being soon after.

We have also produced some info for the technical docs. This will need formatting correctly and inserting into the right places. Suggest the following
