convert discord.com links #161

it would be nice to links from discord.com and canary.discord.com into matrix.to links, specifically
- https://discord.com/channels/1234/5678/9000 (message links)
- https://discord.com/channels/1234/5678 (channel links - these are manually sent very occasionally)
- discord.gg/invite (these are commonly sent without
https://. converting these into normal links would make url previews work) - anything else..?
