Add documentation on how the facebook protocol works #127

Hello.
I have been trying my best to write my own lightweight implementation of a Facebook <-> IRC bridge, but I can't figure out what to do once you're connected to their websocket server. Im sending the MQTT login packet, and sending pings periodically, but when I send messages onto my account I don't receive anything through the websocket.
If anyone could tell me why that happens, it would really make my day. For anyone curious, my implementation is right here: https://git.lolcat.ca/lolcat/fb-messenger-bot
