Enable broadcast channel

I’d love to have broadcast channels integrated into Beeper. I think this feature would be relatively easy to implement since it’s almost fully read-only, and it would help me step back from using Instagram.

Beeper removed the broadcast channel because it was confusing to many people it seems likely not coming back

so sad! I hope they'll change their mind and maybe make it optional through the settings...
