Create / Join Group

Version: v0.11.4

Since !wa create is no longer available, is there any way to create a group and/or join a group?

I cannot seem to join a group using !wa accept in reply to an invitation. The following error is shown when running this command "That doesn't look like a group invite message.".

I am stuck and can't seem to find an alternative. Any suggestions?

if you have double puppeting enabled, the group rooms should be created automatically - at least that's how it worked for me. if not, you can generate an invite link from the WA group and join it using the following command (not tested, just a guess):

!wa join https://chat.whatsapp.com/invitelink

The command !wa join I believe no longer works in on v0.11.4. Does anyone know of any other option?

I've only been able to locate the command !wa accept that seems to perhaps be for creating / joining groups but that doesnt seem to work.

I have an issue that might be related where creating room in general does not work. When trying to create a chat using pm I get Failed to create room: portal creation panicked. Also when I get put into a whatsapp group, I don't see anything in Matrix at all
