[BUG] 使用node的spawn子进程构建产物，打包出来只生成了dist/app.js，没有dist/static/js和dist/static/css产物 #218

使用node的spawn子进程构建产物，打包出来只生成了dist/app.js，没有dist/static/js和dist/static/css产物。

但是在terminal使用 mars build -t h5 进行构建，生成的js和css产物正常。

麻烦帮忙看一下吧，谢谢！
